What sounds are
conventional to Action/Adventure?
Most sounds that are used in
action/adventure are usually tense fast music to enhance the scene, for example
mostly used in fast pace fighting scenes.
Explain how music
can be used to build up tension.
Music can be used to build up
tension simply by crashing with the noise of fighting scenes to take the
audience to the edge of their seats.
Suggest how sound
is used to attract its target audience.
If
in a fighting scene slow and emotional music is used the audience would usually
be confused and lose interest, whereas if fast paced music is used it will
create a tension that will pull in the audience and want to make them see what happens
next.
